Project Details:
The project consists of total 16 buildings of which 11 buildings are already constructed, leased and tenants operating out from the buildings. Balance 5 buildings are under/ to start construction. Most of the infrastructure is already constricted except that which is associated with the additional 5 buildings. The total extent of land is 54 acres.
Project 2: Mahindra World City, Chengelpet Taluk, Tamil Nādu
The project consists of construction of Pump room & Water tank works at Nexteer, Arvos manufacturing buildings which are located inside Mahindra World City in Chenna along with Common infrastructure works.
