FABS have successfully completed the landmark residential campus near Hebbal, Bangalore for Godrej Properties Ltd. (GPL). This high-end, luxury apartment project comprises a variety of dwelling unit configurations, duplex penthouses and special service apartments along with a state-of-the-art clubhouse, temperature controlled indoor swimming pool, electric car charging points, rain water harvesting system, etc. Approximate area of construction is 850,000 sft.
The project is Gold pre-certified by the IGBC.
