FABS have successfully completed the modern and unique High-rise Residential campus project for Godrej Properties Ltd (GPL) at Undri, Pune to set up a modern and unique High-rise Residential campus project.
The project is located on a mountain plateau and was planned with 4 towers having 12 floors each. The dwelling unit configurations were 2, 2.5 and 3 BHK and the campus with a wide range of amenities and special features including club-house, landscaped internal courtyards, gym and private gardens for select first floor apartments. Approximate area of construction is 775,000 sft including basement.
The project has also applied for pre-certification as Gold rated Green Building under IGBC by incorporating several “green” sustainability features.
