Project Details:
Danfoss Industries Pvt. Ltd undertook a major greenfield manufacturing facility at Oragadam near Chennai. This was an integrated facility with all the necessary buildings were constructed, including production, utilities, admin areas, warehousing, parking, landscaping, etc.
Approximate area of construction was about 400,000 sft.
FABS were appointed as the Project Management Consultants for this prestigious project and have successfully completed the project in July 2015.
