BPECC has secured possession of land on ECR Road, Kanathur , Chennai to set up a Convention Centre comprising of 4 Large Halls of 250 to 880 Seating Capacity, with a Central Kitchen, 18 Guest Rooms etc Approximate area of construction is about 88,000 Sqft. Total duration envisaged is 21 months for Construction and handover. B+G+5 floors.
