Project Details:
BOSCH Limited Undertook a major expansion of their existing manufacturing unit at Nashik.
Approximate area of construction for the project was 360,000 sft. and The project was an integrated manufacturing facility, complete with the production hangar, utility block and ancillary structures, parking areas, office blocks and amenities, security block, etc.
The project had some special features like the adoption of northlight roofing systems, providing overhead catwalks network for services and access, flooring and concrete road design without reinforcement steel and curing, etc.
This project had received the Builders Association of India (Pune Centre) award for excellence in the category of “Well Equipped and Well Mechanised Site”
FABS were appointed as the Project Management Consultants for this prestigious project and have successfully completed the project in July 2015.
