Project Details:
Bagmane Developers, a premier real estate development company based out of Bangalore, undertook a greenfield project to set up a modern IT office facility “TORANTO” at Mahadevpura, Outer Ring Road, Bangalore.
The area of construction was approximate 600,000 sft. spread over 2 basements and 11 floors and an additional roof-top cafetaria.
The building is certified as GOLD rated under the IGBC.
FABS were appointed as Project Management Consultants for this prestigious project and have successfully completed the project in September 2012.
