Project Details:
FABS has successfully completed the upgradation of the manufacturing facility for M/s Aspen-Oreva at the Special Economic Zone (SEZ), Padubidri, Mangalore. The facility had remained non-operational for several years prior to the commencement of this project.
The project involved the repair and revamping of seven key buildings across Plots 3 and 7, each serving various operational purposes. The scope included comprehensive assessment, structural rehabilitation, and refurbishment to restore the facility to operational readiness.
FABS successfully delivered this prestigious project, with the scope of services encompassing Design Consultancy and Project Management Consultancy (PMC).
