M/s Aspen-Oreva (Client) is having its manufacturing facility at the SEZ at Padubidri, Mangalore. This facility has been non-operational from the past few years.
There are 7 key buildings of various purposes in the premises in Plots 3 and 7 for which the Client intends to carry out repair and revamping works.
