Project Details:
BOSCH Limited had undertaken a major expansion project at their existing manufacturing unit at Jaipur. The approximate area of construction was 110,000 sft of industrial hangar space, along with all extra utilities, associated admin amenities, etc.
The speciality of the project was that it was constructed on a land parcel located amidst the existing production units, which entailed logistical challenges that were successfully met.
FABS were the Project Management Consultants for the project and successfully completed the project in two designated Phases.
