Project Details:
FABS have successfully completed M/s Antonov Industrial Parks warehouse / logistics centres park at Bhiwandi, Maharashtra.
The overall park area was 110 acres on Mumbai – Nashik highway near Bhiwandi. Currently Client had acquired 42 acres of land and planning to construct three warehouses (approximately 4.5 lakhs Sq.ft built-up area) was constructed in Phase-1.also, the main office for the park and the security gate / cabin was constructed in Phase-1 along with various park level utilities / services.
FABS have delivered this prestigious project and scope of works include Project Management. .
