FABS have successfully completed the assigned works of Casa Grande Private Limited Premium High Rise Residential Project at Nolampur, near Chennai. This development was for 4 blocks of which 3 Blocks are 2B+ G+21 floors and 1 block ( EWS) is Stilt + 14 floors. Approximate area of construction was about 9,00,000 sft.
FABS were appointed as the Project Management Consultants for this prestigious project.
