Project Details:
FABS have successfully completed the assigned works of Casa Grande Private Limited Affordable Housing Project “SMART HOMES” at Thalambur, Off OMR, near Chennai. This development was for 5 blocks of Stilt + 4 floors for a total saleable area of 4,10,000 Sqft plus a Stilt floor on all the blocks. Approximate area of construction was about 5,00,000 sft.
FABS were appointed as the Project Management Consultants for this prestigious project.
