M/s Cheyyar SEZ Developers Private Limited has their existing Shoe manufacturing facility at Cheyyar SEZ, Thiruvannamali District and intend to expand the Manufacturing Unit with the new construction of 19600 sqm comprising of 2 Buildings and a sub station. Modification of existing Building and also creation of addl parking of Two wheelers and Buses .Utility works related to Cable Trenches, Firefighting pipeline 910m, Plumbing Pipe line 910 Rm for connecting with the Fire fighting Pump room and STP is also included in the current scope . Total duration envisaged is 15 months for construction and handover.
